Angela co-founded TTW Solutions with Tim, and is the President & CEO. Angela leads the company with strategy formulation, industry partnership, customer relationship, implementation and evaluation of financial investments to help position our company’s business, financial, and technical infrastructure for competitive advantage and successful support of the company's growth and development. Angela leads all aspects of finance and accounting, contracts, pricing, human resources, and corporate administration. Angela oversees the company's various contracts to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well-defined and maintained. Angela oversees the company’s delivery of quality solutions and services in meeting our customer’s most critical challenges.
Angela has almost 20 years of IT and management consulting experience on highly visible federal government contracts implementing full software development lifecycle. Angela has technical know-how and experience including but not limited to requirements analysis, Oracle development and middle-ware technologies, Java software development, SQL Server, SQL, waterfall and Agile methodologies. Throughout her career, Angela has supported government customers including the Department of Commerce (DOC).
Angela earned an MBA degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, Kelley School of Business and a B.S. degree in Business Information Systems (BIS) from Utah State University. Angela is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified professional. Angela is an active member of the community, participates in charitable work, and is a member of several business, technical and chamber organizations.

Tim has more than 20 years of hands-on experience managing, leading, and implementing IT and business solutions in support of mission-critical IT systems that include the largest biometric database system in the world. Tim has a track record of optimizing cost-effective technologies and methodologies in implementing full lifecycle SDLC that include requirements gathering, business analysis, software development, IT service delivery, production Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and IT program related experience. Tim has extensive technical know-how and experience including Oracle database, data warehousing, and BI analytics technologies, Java J2EE development, Microsoft SQL Server, complex SQL programming and tuning, and waterfall, hybrid, and Agile methodologies. Tim has experience developing and implementing detailed current and future-state plans, experience with executing of project plans while mitigating risks, delivering IT solutions within cost and schedule, and has solid understanding of Project Management methodology and contract management concepts. Prior to co-founding the company, Tim worked for several large government contractors and businesses including SAIC, General Dynamics and Fannie Mae. Throughout his career, Tim has supported customers from the following government agencies: Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Commerce (DOC), and Department of State (DOS).
Tim earned a M.S. in Information Systems & Technology from Johns Hopkins University (graduated with a GPA of 4.0/4.0) and a B.S. double-major in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business School. Tim is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP DBA). Tim is an active member of the community, participates in charitable work, and is a member of several business, technical and chamber organizations.
